BARTENDER

        JOB DESCRIPTION

• Washing and topping up glasses and bar garnishes
• Ensuring cleanliness of the bar
• Preparing for opening and closing of the bar following the checklist provided
• May be needed to help the service staff with serving guests food and beverages
• Upsell beverages and food items to guests
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
• Restock and replenish bar supplies
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the bar is well stocked.
• Maintain a clean work area ensure clean glasses, bar equipment, work stations and bar counter
• A great smile with a passion for service industry
• Enjoy the adreline rush that comes with a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasker with a high energy
• Quick learner
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Good communication skills and an engaging personality
• Hardworking and highly motivated

       JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum GCE N or O Level, Diploma, ITE and SPM.
• Salary range : SGD1500 to SGD2500
• Minimum 1 year experience in food/ beverage environment or related environmen
• Comfortable to work on weekends/Public Holidays
• Able to start immediate or within short notice
