Main Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities. • Guide team in preparation of full set of accounts. • Oversee daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Review and ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents. • Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner. • Ensure proper filing of all accounting records and documentation are maintained. • Support and assist the Manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit. • Identify and report any accounting related issues to the manager and give suggestions to resolve. • Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues. • Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Able to work independently and as a team.
Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM6,500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30pm
