SALES EXECUTIVE – KEY ACCOUNT (PETALING)

Responsibilities:
• To market and promote company’s range of products to the department stores
• To negotiate for product listings and promotions.
• To supervise and monitor promoters’ performance.
• Organize all counters operations and allocate responsibilities to Sales Promoters
• Able to supervise and guide Sales Promoters to maximize their working capabilities
• Monitor counters inventory and ensure all counters to achieve monthly sales target respectively
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
• Execute and oversee in-store promotions and displays.
• Deal with customer’s complaint and to ensure good image and reputation of all counters
• To ensure counters practice good cleanliness at all times
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements.
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing department stores.
• Experience in life style products preferred.
• Must be able to lead a team of promoters.
• Strong presentation skill.
• Computer literate, and with good command of English.
