Job Description:
- Assist the Chef/Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
- Keep workstations and equipment cleaned, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Handle cleaning of production line, storage area and kitchen.
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area.
