• CMM MITUTOYO (CRT-A C544)
• CMM BROWN & SHARPE (HEXAGON)
2. Job Responsibilities / Job Descriptions
• Machine setup and QA troubleshooting / repair metrology equipment for
machine accuracy.
• Develop CMM / VMZ / Smart Scope measurement programming.
• Perform documentation such as Work Instruction, Internal Audit Report and
FMEA.
• Do corrective actions in order to make sure that the products are meet
requirement specification.
• Prepared and maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing such
as process management plan.
• Oversight of process to make sure it's in compliance with both internal and
external document standard.
• Machine repair / troubleshooting / calibrations and programming.
• Monitor daily status on all parts.
• Smart scope metrology jig stone.
• Marposs (millennium) (Opto-flex Gen7).
• Digital heigh gauge, dept gauge, micrometre measurement.
• CMM coordinate measuring machine programming.
• Analysis of data comparison between two equipment’s.
