   • Excellent CNC machining skills include programming and tool setup.

   • Ability to problem-solving skills.

   • Good knowledge of MASTERCAM v9.1 & MASTERCAM 2021.

   • Excellent knowledge of engineering processes.

   • Good knowledge of tools and machining specifications.

   • Ability on studying engineering drawing.

5. Job Responsibilities / Job Descriptions

   • In charge to arrange all work schedules in CNC Milling Department.

   • Monitor Technician/setter on all setup processes for CNC machines.

   • Monitor the in-process inspection quality and consistency of the products.

   • Monitor cycle times on all CNC Milling machines.

   • In charge on all process control decisions towards all projects in CNC Milling

     Department.

   • Monitor daily status on all parts.

   • Leading the tools selection and tools setup team.

   • Handling the capacity of the CNC Milling machine.

   • Manage deadlines-based project expectations.

   • Identify and resolve problems relating to process and internal quality.

   • Manage deadlines based on project requirement.

   • Ensure all running projects are on schedule.

   • Monitor urgent jobs to ensure they finish within deadlines.

   • In charge of on-job training for machinists/technicians.
